Niwanta Hospitalities conceptualizes, designs, implements and markets our own unique Homestays in Sindhudurg, Maharashtra, branded as NIWANTA KONKANI HOMES 
We have opened up our 1st Homestay called - “Niwanta Surangi Kokani Home”
“Niwanta Surangi” after the Surangi Tree which is unique to Asoli village in Vengurla Taluka.  The botanical name of Surangi is Mammea Suriga. The rare and exquisite flower with a heady and distinctive fragrance is abundant around these villages. The Surangi flower is used in the perfumery industry and the economy of Asoli and a few villages close by thrives on them. 
Our 2nd Kokani Home would be opened soon. 
Ours is an experiential tourism where the homestay is designed following local architectural traditions, we share our flora, fauna, culture, arts, crafts and our traditional coastal culinary delights by the home owners who host our guests & travelers. 
Niwanta experiences are a whiff of fresh air as against the standard experience with its tiresome, adrenaline overdosed or spectator kind of holidays.
Instead of the Cliché Tourism destinations, Niwanta shares our Villages with Nature Lovers and Guests who want peace and quiet.
Niwanta the Sanskrit word is apt for our long languorous, leisurely holidays where all guests return home rejuvenated, relaxed and Healed.
